About me
I'm Aurianne, a product designer based in London. Before design, I worked in recruiting and DEI at Bain. Those roles sharpened how I think about people, stakeholder dynamics, and building processes around real needs. That thinking carries into how I approach design now.
I care about clarity in research, in interfaces, in how I communicate decisions. I'm drawn to projects with a social impact angle, and I like working close to ambiguity, especially in early-stage environments where the problem space is still taking shape. My work at Onsee as sole product designer, leading research through to prototyping for a cycling safety startup, is probably the best example of how I think and work.
Outside of design
I travel when I can, paint when I'm home, and drink an unreasonable amount of iced matcha. I'm a cat person, a swimmer, and a Pilates regular.
