About me
I'm Aurianne, a Product Designer based in London. My background is in recruiting, DEI and L&D, where I've spent a lot of time understanding people's needs, navigating different perspectives and turning ambiguous problems into something more workable. Those experiences shape how I approach design today.
Clarity is at the heart of how I work, whether that's in research, interfaces or the decisions behind them. I'm drawn to problems with a real human impact, particularly where there isn't an obvious answer at the start. Getting close to the problem, understanding what's really going on, and turning that into an experience that feels considered and easy to navigate is the part of design I enjoy most.
My work at Onsee, where I was the sole Product Designer for a cycling safety startup, is a good example of this approach. I led the process from research through to prototyping, working across hardware, software and the wider user experience.
Outside of design
Travel is a big part of my life, and when I'm home you'll usually find me painting or drinking an unreasonable amount of iced matcha. I'm a cat person, food lover and a Pilates regular.
